During the first 1 to 2 days
- Avoid staining foods and drinks such as coffee, chocolate, red wine, brightly spiced dishes, and other strongly pigmented products.
- Avoid very hot and very cold food and drinks.
- Reduce excessive chewing load.
Daily care
- Do not use interdental brushes or an irrigator during the first 1 to 2 days.
- Choose a preventive daily toothpaste. Highly abrasive whitening toothpastes are not recommended.
- If you have bruxism, use a protective night guard while sleeping.
- Schedule professional hygiene every 3 to 4 months and a routine checkup with a restorative dentist at least once a year.
If you feel discomfort
Temporary discomfort may occur after veneer placement. This is usually related to tissue recovery after the procedure. For additional comfort, you may use a pain reliever recommended by your doctor.

- It is advisable to come for a follow-up visit 3 to 7 days after placement.
- If you have questions or concerns, contact your dentist or the clinic administrator.
